Configuration Lab is being loaded....

I completed the troubleshooting section, and I went thru the complete 30 minute break. It has now been a hour since I completed the troubleshooting section and I am still waiting for the configuration lab to load. Who do I contact or How can I get this issue resolved?

  • Thanks, I opened a support ticket and I am working with someone now to clear the issue

  • Your members site login works.  They recently upgraded the software on their server and I think it overwrote the text that stated that.  I just tested it and it still works.  Within the next couple weeks we'll have the ticketing control panel moved to the members site.

  • If you have any problems with ML1 today send me an email directly.  I'm proctoring ML1 today for the bootcamp class anyways ;-)
