SG has route-target import and export defined on R4 and R6.  However, this is a basic VRF lite configuration, route-target import/export is not needed.  In addition, there is no route-target configured on SW4 anyway.

I configured R4, R6 without the route-target, it is working fine and received all the RIP and EIGRP routes from SW4.  Comments?
