Unlabeled packet is forwarded by FIB (maintained by CEF mechanism), since it only contains OUT label.
Core routers receiving labeled packet do not look at this table; they look at LFIB since it contains all info to forward the labeled packet.
I think the answer is Adjaceny table , let's look how CEF works
CEF builds another version for IGP routes in IP RIB and store this version in MTrie structure which contains the prefix and a outgoing interface and crossponding address for memory pointer , this memory pointer is the address from Adj table that contains whole L2 header for any packet routed out the spesified interfaceso Adj table has FULL L2 header for the packet and that is considered one of advantges of CEF over Fastswithcing
