Dynamips using real switches
Hi,
Im trying to start working through the INE wb I to IV Ver4 but want to use dynamip with real switches.
Before I go through the process to build a Dynam config to replicate the wb hardware i just wanted to know if one already exists.... would save alot of time.

quakesh - I would assume so but, are you using a breakout switch to go from your virtual routers to the external switches? I am using 2x3560's & 2x3550's for sw1-sw4 then another 3550 to act as my breakout switch. Only issue with using a 3550 as the breakout switch is that CDP doesn't tunnel correctly between the physical switch and the virtual routers. If you use a 3560 as the breakout switch, CDP works as expected from what I noticed. Unfortunately I don't have a spare 3560 to use for my breakout switch so just deal with the CDP issue. I'd be more than happy to provide any information or configs if you are using a similar setup.
Yes I have 2 x 3550 and 2 x 3560 switches connected to the virtual routers all working perfectly but now that Im started to use the INE work book (not the dynamip version) im getting fustrated as the diagram/solutions refer to fast ethernet fa0/0 or S1/1 where as my dynamip config file is refering to e0 and s0/1/0 for example
Im hoping someone has the INE proper dynam lab config with the interfaces that match the full work books otherwise try and spend sometime this weekend to get it perfected.
