
Delay in Slides and Voice
in CCNP General
Hi INE,
I am facing issue with the selfpaced videos of CCNPv6. Sometime Voice is earlier and there is no sign of slides which are in discussion on the screen and same applies to when you are performing the labs you say it way back and then after 5 minute gap I see what you did.
That is really irritating and it takes away the interest of watching. Would you you please tell me how to fix this issue.

Most candidates report that switching browesr version can help.
For example, and it is a big surprise to me, that most candidates report that our classroom recordings playback best from Chrome.
At any rate - be sure to have the latest version of Flash loaded.
If there are problems with the source recordings - have no fear - we are recording new ones this week.

content so it is much more compressed to the exam areas instead of more comprehenisve
for the topics like the longer version.

I'm having problems with CCNP COD Open Date:08/30/2010 2:45 PM
When starting a lesson I get the meeting manager, then a dark loading message screen, followed by a white loading message screen and finally audio but no lesson content.
I do not believe that this is a bad environment issue because CCNA COD and CCNA Security COD work just fine.

Anthony.. the problem is still persist. even changing the browser and test it on different machine. Please resolve it as soon as possible. as it creates problem in my studies..!!
The only thing left that I can think of is that you have a very slow bandwidth connection at that site.
Please understand that I cannot fix something for which I cannot replicate the problem. I have tested this lesson you speak of on several machines and do not see any issue! There is nothing for me to fix!
I will do one more test - I will try to access via a 500K Internet connection...

There is not bandwidth issue. I have watched lots of video of by INE on my internet connection, some works fine and the OSPF and lots more just sound coming nothing is refreshing the screen, the % bar stuck in 0% only.

Hello All,
I changed my ISP but the issue remains the same. Voice but no slide. For remedy I paused and play than the slide appear, I have to do this in a single video 2 to 3 times and some time I have to load the lecture again.
so I think that this is not an ISP issue but the INE hosting server issue.
I wonder who ever having these issues are residing in USA or outside USA as I am outside USA.
Plz check it one more time. may be Anthony can replicate the problem by reaching his own site by using VPN from Japan.

Right now I have the best service available in city. I would like to see the Anthony trace from his PC, I would like to see how many drops he is having so that we can compare. By the way I talked to my last ISP (TekSavvy) and they said that they from their core is having the same trace and they can do nothing as the trace is complete and the traffic is out of their network successfully.
I wrote the above as when I opened the ticket with INE the tech guy said to me that I should talk to my ISP.

I have noticed this as well, however, for me, it is the slides that don't change. The voice is good. When I pause the video and then hit play, the correct slide will come up. This occurs in Firefox and Safari on XP SP3 and Mac OSX. Flash is updated and both browsers are up to date. I haven't tried IE yet, but I will later and see how that turns out. I will download Chrome and see how that works as well. I am in Wisconsin and this occurs on three different ISP's that I have tried with 3, 8, 10 Meg download speeds respectively.

That's exactly the same problem i encountered myself.
I also won't blame it on my pc neither on my internet-connection. Even on my 500Mb/s Connection @ work the slides are still not changeing reliable.
I also tried Opera. Still the same problem.
Here is a screenshot of what is happening. The video is 4:19 in and Anthony is making marks on a future slide, but the slideshow is stuck on the previous slide.
This is using Google Chrome, XP SP3, 10 Meg Internet connection.
I can get this fixed I believe - thanks for letting me know the EXACT lesson with the issue.

I was trying to watch the video of MPLS but it is really frustrating as the video and voice both are out of proportions. Please do something about it. It is really irritating. If not please guide us so that we can download them once for all so that this issue won't bother us any more.
