What to do?
I have booked my lab at Brussels on 23rd April. But due to Icelandic ash cloud issue i can not travel.
I opened a case with cisco but seems nobody working at cisco these days :-( , after 4 days of opening a case, no reply from cisco.
Does anyone like me ? Does anybody faced rescheduling of lab before ? how to manage and inform cisco other than email option?
Please let me know.
