What to do?

I have booked my lab at Brussels on 23rd April. But due to Icelandic ash cloud issue i can not travel.

I opened a case with cisco but seems nobody working at cisco these days :-( , after 4 days of opening a case, no reply from cisco.

Does anyone like me ? Does anybody faced rescheduling of lab before ? how to manage and inform cisco other than email option?

Please let me know.

  • I am guessing you are going to be fine here. They/you certainly have documentation of the travel issues. 

    They are really behind at cert support due to the fact that the Pearson Lab experiment blew up in their face.
