OSPF dampening

Experts - Can anyone provide a link or shed some light on whether or not we can implment OSPF interface dampening, as we would implement the dampening feature in BGP?.

There are a few things:

LSA throttling

LSA database limits

IP Event Dampening

 

IP Event Dampening is probably the closest to BGP Dampening
