about premature

Hi eveybodys,

    I have two question abbout premature used in isis/ospf.

    1 )  I think that a router set self-originate lsa's age as Maxage then flood out to quickly flush is premature.

         But when a lsa that is not sel-originate resides in database,will reach Maxage for some reason, and now,

         if  the router will flooding it ? if it will,is this violate the rule that only origante can premature ?

    2 ) In which case, premature will trigger ?
