(Please note: i didnt just make this an open letter straight off the bat, i contacted Brian and Scott and did not hear back from them so have posted this here a plea of desperation that i just want my old internetworkexpert back!)

Hi Scott, Hi Brian

I owe you and internetwork expert my CCIE number,

There is no doubt in my mind that YOU are primarily responsible for me having this number along with your excellent coursework. Based on the above, I know how good a company you are and I feel that the following must be brought to your attention, I know you’re a company that appreciates feedback and I have tried to be constructive (but please understand I am also quite upset as this is really starting to affect my schedule for my study.)

I cannot fathom that you personally would be happy with your current releasing of product schedules, After passing my CCIE Routing and switching I pre-ordered the Voice coursework from you.. Receipt shown below… (I also ordered the CCIE Voice Class on demand.) What I want you to focus on man, is the date of that order… 10/24/2007… Can you tell me Brian, that this product which is STILL not out yet, that this is an acceptable release schedule?

If I took 400 bucks of your money, and was still to deliver the product .. almost 2 years, how would you feel? Now I already made this complaint before a _year_ ago and your very kind PR woman gave me something for my trouble (details between myself and Internetwork expert) as a bit of an apology, which was nice.. but that was a year ago and the course work is STILL not out… So, based on this I thought to myself.. well im getting more into the security now, ill go and do the CCIE security, passed the CCIE Security written test and bought all the coursework from you.

Now, as you know the CCIE Security changed, and you haven’t quite come out with all the coursework yet.. now this I can understand to a certain extent because obviously its only just changed recently. However I still feel your pace is EXTREMELY slow and I am not confident you will have it all released by the end of the year which really is not up to scratch. I think end of September is a more fair release schedule. Also, I am  having major difficulty actually viewing the class-on-demand coursework, major major difficulty with video/audio sync.

The audio and video cut out so frequently for me it is basically unusable, why cant I just buffer the damn thing?

Please don’t spin me something about my PC, I have tried on the _five_ pc’s I have here on my 20 Meg internet connection at home, and have also tried on my 100 MEG LINK at the ISP I work for at perth, BOTH are slow and unusable, so pleaseee don’t start talking about “it must be my connection.” I have eliminated this possibility as far as i can humanly see. (Can anyone else on internet land confirm how its working for them? Especially anyone in AUS? If i'm the only one ill recant this part of my letter.)

Honestly Brian, I think you yourself are probably not happy with this release schedule, I would honestly stop releasing new products until you’ve actually finished the updates on your existing product mate. I am a loyal customer, I even just recently purchased the core knowledge questions from you for the ccie security because I know you _NORMALLY_ make a good product but this will be my last product purchase until i see improvement (and in actual fact if my COD slowness problem cant be resolved im going to need a refund as its just unwatchable at the moment.). I _KNOW_ that you guys can do better. I personally believe your problem is your stretching yourself way too thin, but you guys obviously know how your business works better than I do. From a customer who would normally sing your praises but thinks recently your really dropping the ball.

sorry to bother you, I just want to know, days ago, I asked you a technical question about ospf virtual-link, did you get the question?

if you got it, can you tell me the reason that you didn't  to reply? I'm new here, but I know you are one of the top specialists, I want the answer from you. the reason I don't post it publicly, is because I got this question from another vendor, they don't like me to post it elsewhere.

Thanks.
