Mark Snow has been actively working with data and traditional telephony as a Network Engineer since 1995, and has been working with Cisco routers and voice-over technology since 1998. Mark has been teaching and developing content for the CCIE Voice track since 2005, and the Security track since 2007. Hi Mark,

I have a question regarding your post on ASA Emulation (posted on the 02-08-2010 6:30 PM). I did followed the provided url (http://www.brainbump.net/2010/02/gns3-how-to-emulate-asa-in-ubuntu-9-10-linux/). I have managed to emulate the ASA on GNS3, however I do have a problem communicating the ASA with a router or a switch (i.e. a router with a NM-16ESW adapter).

Have you managed to successfuly communicate a router/switch to an ASA?

Any help is much appreciated.
