    CCNA Security

To be qualified to write the CCNA Security Exam, I must complete first the 100-105 ICND1

Is that correct?... Is there anything else I need to complete?

This is correct. Technically, you can take the exams in any order, but you'll need to complete both before receiving the CCNA Security  certification

     100-105 + 210-260 is all that's needed

Correct as explained above. Technically, you're qualified to take the exam as soon as you have a pulse, eyes, hands, brain, and coordination necessary to take the exam, you just can't get the cert without the prerequisites. A long time ago in a galaxy far away, I did my CCNP and CCDP in an order that meant I was still a CCNA/CCDA until the last of five exams (which was only 24 hours after starting the exams for CCNP/CCDP...). That was a fun time. ;)
