    This might (or might not) be of use to someone doing this after me :)

    I'm running 15.1(3)T4

    My config for this task - i added in bold.

    policy-map QOS-OUT
     class WWW
      set ip precedence 2
      bandwidth remaining percent 33
      random-detect
      random-detect ecn

      random-detect precedence 2 4 16 4

    According to the SG to get this to work we should just be able to copy http: from R1 to R5.  I've found that I've had to do this from both R5 and SW2 in order to trigger ECN and see RED working.

    With just R5 copying from R1 :

          3044 packets, 1765520 bytes
          30 second offered rate 99000 bps, drop rate 0 bps

    I've also noticed that the class output no longer shows "explicit congestion notification", although it is clearly doing it.
