I just partially fix the ticket. The lab is simulated in GNS3 with rack1 confguration.
R3 is configured to join group 239.1.1.1
So far I can sucessfully ping 239.1.1.1 from R1 and R5 , but not R4 as requried in the exercise.
Please advise me what goes wrong or any clue for further troubleshooting.
