    Graded Labs Schedule Page Problem?

Dear all, I am trying to schedule CCIE Security Rack. At Pop-up Calendar page. When I checked on S4, It shown S1 in the left side (my selected session). I got this problem when checked S2,S3 as well. Below is captured picture on that page. http://i428.photobucket.com/albums/qq1/haejingcheaw/schedule.jpg Thank you in advance.

OK - Update: Problem is all resolved - just tried it myself. If for some odd reason you still see it showing S1 on the left, just try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache so that the webpage downloads the latest script file that runs the calendaring system.

Let us know if you still have any issues!

    Hello Mark,

It's still odd. It doesn't show only S1 but It shown wrong.

Example, I selected S4 but It shown S2 and wrong date/time.

I took screenshots and you can see it below.

Re: Graded Labs Schedule Page Problem?

    Toyos,

    That is a bit odd.

Need to ask you a couple of questions to better troubleshoot the problem:

    1) Can you first tell me what your local computer's clock timezone is set to?
(also to add to that, is it a PC or Mac and are you using NTP to set the clock - not that I'm sure if it matters or not - but more information is always better than less :) )

    2) Next can you tell me what your personalized "members.ine.com" webpage timezone is set to?
(this should show up right at the bottom of the scheduling page that you took screenshots of, however it looks as if the screenshots you took just barely cut that part out and I couldn't tell what they said)

    Many thanks in advance,

    Hello Mark,

I am using PC (Windows XP). I found on IE8, Firefox, Chrome Browser.

    yes I am using NTP.

    Hello Toyos,

Our web developer made some additional logic changes to the script.

Please try it again and report back your results.

Sorry for the problems and hope we have them fixed this time,

    Hello Mark,

I've just looked into that page again and found something wrong again.

When I moved point over checked bock the caption balloon shown wrong date.

And at bottem page session times are wrong.

It should be 6:00 PM, 12:00 AM, 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM (GMT +7:00).

    Here is screenshot.

Re: Graded Labs Schedule Page Problem?

    OK Toyos,

The response from our developer is that they are aware of, and working on that issue, however don't expect that small issue to be completely fixed anytime too soon. Instead simply know that the date displayed in the tooltip is the actual date and time you will be booking for the session - according to your local timezone and calendar. The problem essentially is that the mouse-over the calendar view is currently rendered based on our (INE's) time here in Reno, NV, US - which is UTC+8 (PST). So ignore the mouse over and trust that the time showing up in your booked session is accurate!

And also thanks for helping us find any bugs in our system!
