    Can we perform a Authentication between a MPLS TDP link 

    as on CISCO IOS i can't find any authentication command for TDP

    TDP doesnt support authentication. You must use LDP if authentication is needed.

        There is no MD5 authentication available for tag-switching. Thats the only difference btween TDP and LDP.
