    CCNA DC Preparation

    Hi,

I want to start persuing Cisco DC certification track.

I am thinking of buying the CCNA DC videos of INE (self-paced training). But how can I get hands-on experience on the equipment?

Shall I buy rack rentals? how many rack rentals do I need for CCNA DC?

how does this work? I only see rack rentals for CCIE.

    Thanks.

    Re: CCNA DC Preparation

I don't see any workbook for CCNA DC by INE hopefully they could create one, but you could also purchase VIRL http://virl.cisco.com/ it contains NX-OS so you could practice NX-OS commands for your prep. If you already read the article you could also use the UCS Platform Emulator to practice with, here is the link for the download https://developer.cisco.com/web/unifiedcomputing/home and also check out the CCNA DC study group in Cisco's Learning Network https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/groups/ccna-data-center-study-group

    HTH,
    Tim
