Can we practice XR on ASET/Gold Lab ?     There's CCIE SP and SP-XR4U in options.

Get in touch with your partner responsible or open a case with Cisco. There is XR equip but I don't know if it's free to use or only for Proof Of Concept (POC).

If you have access to the Cisco Partner E-Learning Connection you can access the SP-CCIE Lab, which basically is  CCIE SP Sample Lab that was released last year. There is only one pod, so there is limited availability.

As for the SP-XR4U, this is a Cisco-only lab to aid engineers with training on IOS-XR.
This lab is done with Virtual IOS XR Routers running on a Linux-based VM called EnXR.
