CCIE team has decided that the troubleshooting section is enough and will be removing OEQ's in both Voice and R&S starting May 10th. Great news for new candidates and those who felt a little slighted with 360 waiver.

Are you sure? that will change a lot of strategies to study CCIE now!
positive, i'm on a call right now about the changes to the Lab. that was the main announcement, that and availability etc.
Wow! Thanks for the update!
Thanks for the news !!!
CCIE #27262 (R&S)
yeah, but seems crazy unfair to anyone who has scheduled a lab for between now and May 10 since it's too late to reschedule.
what if you take the lab between now and May 10 and fail because of OEQ only? ouch.
might be cause for a support case and a voucher may be awarded.
I've submitted a support case to Cisco asking what, if any, process is available for a re-read for a prior pass config/fail core lab attempt.
I am live too. No more OEQ starting May 10th. The lab will be in 2 parts:
Malick Ndiaye
"Even a stopped clock is right twice a day"
They say there are no plans to re-score past candidates, but someone is scheduled today or tomorrow might really have a chance with a case if they fail only the OEQ section.
DOCCD restricted during the troubleshooting section!!!!!
You must of been in the same meeting this moring that I was ....FYI With Core questions going away the extra 30 min is added back to the config section...
What??? I did not hear that? Are you positive? - I am asking about the DOC-CD being restricted during the Troubleshooting section.
Yep - that's affirmative. 2hrs troubleshooting, 6 hrs configuration. That's what Lora O'hara confirmed. And they said documentation would be restricted during the troubleshooting section.
Thank God OEQ are gone. I will NOT have to read notes on the plane to Dubai for my lab exam next month
This is Coollllllllllll
