    hi

Layer 2 is perfect and it was a problem in gns3 environment , so no physical cabling issue might be gns3 related issue.

try to reload the switch? seems for me there is some bug when reachability only work for one direction

(maybe this problem only faced by me)

    Re: oscillating ospf loading problem

Reloads does solve most GNS3 sepecific (troublshooting) , some time simple shut and no shut saves lot of enery and efforts. I have seen many issues with pix fw neighboring with a router, both devices on same vlan yet they dont reach each other ,afer reload things gets perfect .

unfortunately I dint saved configs for that senario
